A Hairstyle For Tiaras

There are only a few times in a woman’s life where she will put a tiara in her hair. Usually these times are for formal events such as a prom dance, homecoming dance or on her wedding day. There are a few tiara hairstyles you can do with your hair for these formal events and still keep your hair looking nice.

A tiara is a small crown that sits on the top of the head. In a wedding the tiara usually has the veil attached to it and for a prom dance its usually just the silver crown. The best hairstyle for a tiara is an updo. Putting your hair up will help the tiara to sit on the top of your head. Another hairstyle for a tiara is pulling your hair back and putting twists in. The idea with a tiara hairstyle is to keep it simple as the tiara will add style and glamour to your hair. It is one of the higher end accessories that is only used for special occasions.

You can always create a cute updo with your tiara, but also pull your hair back and add clips, while having half of your hair still hanging down. It’s important to not let the clips take away from the tiara on your head, so you might need to try and hide the clips in your hair.

An updo hairstyle is not always necessary when you have a tiara; it’s usually dependent on a few factors. What does your dress look like, your face shape and other accessories that you will be wearing; all should determine your hairstyle with your tiara. A tiara should compliment your current hairstyle and should not determine what your hairstyle should be.

Removing Male Body Hair

Most men have body hair and most are just fine with that fact, however some men prefer their bodies to be hair free.  That is why there are many products and ways for removing male body hair.  Some men may need their body hair free to give them an advantage in sports such as swimming or diving.  Whatever their reason shaving is one option for hair removal.

Many men shave their faces each day.  When they do this many typically use a disposable razor along with shaving cream to remove the facial hair.  This method will produce a nice shave although if not careful a man could nick his skin which would leave a small cut.  Men have another option for shaving their facial hair and that is an electric razor.   Electric razors work well, but just do not seem to get as close a shave as a straightedge razor.  It is however a nice alternative to disposable razors and shaving cream.

If a man whishes to shave other parts of his body such as his chest or back, the best method would be to use a new disposable razor along with a lot of shaving cream.  Before a man starts however it would be best to trim the hair with scissors so it is not too long for the razor and so the man can get a close smooth shave.  A man will definitely need help when shaving his back so make sure to enlist a person with a steady hand to help.  After shaving their back, chest, legs, or arms make sure to apply a nice moisturizing lotion.  This will help reduce razor burn and lessen the chance of ingrown hair.

Best Hairstyle For Small Foreheads

Having a small forehead is not a bad thing when it comes to choosing different hairstyles.  The key to a good haircut is all in the bangs.

If you have a small forehead with a round face, cut your bangs in such a way that when you part your hair on the side it appears that your bang length goes from shorter to longer.  This will help elongate the look of your forehead.  You can match your bangs with a medium length haircut.  You will look great!

If you have a small forehead with an oval shaped face a pixie cut would look fantastic.  The pixie cut is a wonderfully short hairstyle where the hair is cut just above the earlobes.  It is usually cut in nice short layers and can be worn messy or sleek.  The pixie hairstyle is easy to manage and is a very simple hairstyle which will help you look put together with just a little effort.

If you have a small forehead with a heart shaped face a great haircut would be to have your hair about shoulder length and straight.  Have your bangs a little longer too and brush or pin them to the side.  This look is both elegant and fun depending on how you choose to style it.

Having a small forehead is really not a bad thing.  With many options on how to accentuate your forehead, or to elongate the look of your forehead the sky is the limit when it comes to finding haircuts for you.

The Roman Braided Hairstyle

The Romans were known for many things and one of those was their beautiful women.  Roman women would often wear their hair braided which has become a hairstyle still worn today.  Roman women braided their hair in several different styles.  One of the most common was to have the front hair parted down the middle and waved, with the back hair braided and pinned to the top of the head.

Another popular style of Roman braids is to have your hair braided on one side of your head and then take that one long braid and bring it over the top of your head and loop it around to the top of your head so it shapes like a crown.  This hairstyle is best worn on women who have naturally long hair or women who have hair extensions.

Another braided hairstyle is to again have the front half of your hair parted down the middle and then back half parted from side to side.  The front sections are braided to below the ears and then French braided into the hair at the back.  This is a very distinct style and can be made to look modern by not having the parts be so tight and having the hair loosely braided.

One nice Roman inspired braided hairstyle is to braid all of the hair and then wrap the braid around itself to form a bun.  This hairstyle can be worn on top of the head or at the nape of the neck.  Each style will create a different look and both can be dressed up or dressed down.  To dress up the hairstyle add a few sparkle hair accessories, to dress it down again create a loose braid and loose bun.

We can thank the Romans for many of the things we have today.  We can also thank them for the idea of braiding and the hairstyles they created that are still used today.
