For short to medium length hair, a pretty hairstyle is to have it layered out with the ends wisped outward. This is easily done by using some hairspray and a flat iron.
With medium length hair you can always clip the bangs back towards the back of your head and either keep the rest of your hair straight using a flat iron or you can curl it. Some people like to have a few curls mixed in with the straight hair to give it a little more texture. Longer hair styles look nicest when it has layers.
