Micro braid hairstyles are very popular right now.  They are both stylish and low maintenance.  There are many different types of “micro” braiding.  There are micro twists, micro curly, and micro rope to name a few.  Deciding which technique depends on how long you want to keep the braids.

Deep conditioning treatments can also be applied while the micro braids are in your hair however because of the tightness of the braids the conditioning treatment will not be able to penetrate as deeply as possible so it is very important to deep condition your hair before having it micro braided.  Deep conditioning will give your hair the best chance it has to remain healthy and strong.

Hair detangler is a lifesaver when it comes to caring for your children’s hair.  Using hair detangler on your child’s hair can reduce the battles that come along with trying to keep their hair clean and neat.  The hair detangler product is often a conditioning treatment which will loosen the tangles in the hair and place a nice coat on the hair which will allow a comb or brush to be run easily through your child’s hair.  This reduces the chance of tangles in their hair and therefore reducing the pain that comes from trying to get tangles out of the hair.
