Try to avoid barber shops as they tend to be very traditional in how they cut hair. You will want to find a professional who has been styling hair for a few years to be sure you get what you want. It would be a bad day if you found a male hairstyle you enjoy and yet the stylist cuts too much hair off or does it all wrong. It will take weeks, if not longer for your hair to grow back long enough to try again. If your hairstyle is that of a celebrity, your hairstylist might be familiar with the style and able to complete the job easily.
